Meetings

 

The rental for a meeting is $80/hour on weekdays and $100/hour on weekends. 4 hour minimum on weekends.

 

$100 non refundable cleaning fee. If your meeting is smaller this can be negotiated.

The rental includes 60 white folding chairs, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, nine (9) standard 6

-foot tables and a private bathroom. You will need to provide your own table cloths. The main rental space is about 1,000 square feet, and our entire space is 1500 square feet. You can bring your own tables and chairs should you need more. Sitting capacity in the room at tables is around 50 or 60. Sitting in theatre style chairs is around 70. Standing room is around 70.
