Events

 

The rental for an event is $80/hour on weekdays and $100/hour on weekends. 4 hour minimum on weekends.

$100 non-refundable cleaning fee for events.

The rental includes 60 white folding chairs, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, nine (9) standard 6

-foot tables and a private bathroom. You will need to provide your own table cloths. The main rental space is about 1,000 square feet, and our entire space is 1500 square feet. You can bring your own tables and chairs should you need more. Sitting capacity in the room at tables is around 50. Sitting in theatre style chairs is around 60-70. Standing room is around 70.

The vault is not available for rentals. 

The photography studio is an additional rental for professional photographers only and not for events.
