Basic Photography Rental

 

The rental for a basic photo shoot or video shoot is $80/hour on the weekdays and $100/weekends.  The photos on this page were all taken in the basic rental space. The photography portrait room is a separate rental and can be seen here.

There is good natural light with a wall of windows on one side, but you are welcome to bring your own lighting and backdrop. We have a small softbox you are welcome to use. We are street level. Boudoir is welcome here, and we have curtains up that allow light in. 

We also have an adorable kitchen for great photos, food photography, product photography and more.

The rental also includes 60 folding chairs, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette and private bathroom. The main rental space is about 1,000 square feet, and our entire space is 1500 square feet. You can bring your own tables and chairs should you need. The vault is not available for rentals.
